I currently oversee digital project production and strategy as well as client relationships at the advertising agency Boathouse.
Working closely with clients, creative teams, the acquisition/analytics team, traffickers, account managers and vendors, I ensure that all digital projects are following scope and on track for on time delivery. Projects include digital advertising, mobile applications, website design/development and e-mail marketing.
I also develop new ideas that benefit clientʼs business strategies while relaying best practices that pertain to all things digital including social media.
My role also includes speaking to changing technology as it pertains to the ad agency world and problem solving including identifying resources that can help in the execution of projects for large-scale clients.
Prior to Boathouse, I led 360PR’s 360 Crowd team where I oversaw a team of interactive designers, community and content managers and analytics specialists while working closely with practice leaders to develop and drive digital strategies and campaigns that built and engaged audiences for 360 clients.
Before 360 I led the digital team at FOX25 Boston building the station’s web content, social media channels and mobile web presence. Under my direction as the digital leader, @FOX25News was named one of the top-5 most followed local TV stations on Twitter. I was responsible for online video production and streaming, content production, increasing mobile and web pageviews and appeared on-air in the daily “Hot on the Web” segment. I also represented 16 FOX Television web teams across the U.S. in weekly meetings, helping to improve the company’s content management system as well as integrate SEO and social media best practices.
I began my digital career at Herald Interactive in 1998, as a web designer and worked my way up to online advertising manager, social media manager and, eventually, Director of New Media Production and Design for the Herald Interactive Network including BostonHerald.com. I worked with The Boston Herald’s online ad sales team, producing campaigns for AT&T, Comcast, Dunkin Donuts, JetBlue, Kohl’s, The Boston Bruins and Boston Celtics.
